Delivery information

We aim to dispatch all orders placed online as soon as they are processed. Orders are delivered using Royal Mail 48hr tracked. A tracking reference will be sent to you once your order has been completed.

All delivery costs will be worked out during the checkout.

Larger items

We can arrange a courier for larger and collection only items – please contact us to arrange.

Returns information

We will accept full refunds within 14 days providing that the item is returned undamaged, unworn or used, and has its original tags attached.

If you return an item after 14 days then we will offer exchange only. This includes any product or a gift voucher to the same value.

We will not refund or cover the costs of return postage on any purchases.

Click & Collect

Try our FREE Click & Collect service, available for all items ordered online. Simply choose this option on checkout and collect in-store within 14 days.

Due to their size and being fragile some items on our website are click & collect only.

Please make sure all contact details are entered correctly so we can notify you when your order is ready for collection.

We encourage you to collect your order within 14 days, unless you have made contact and require any extra time.
